- Age & Height Guidelines: Certain attractions have age and height requirements to ensure everyone plays safely.
- Jump Safe Rules: We provide clear safety instructions and require grip socks for trampoline areas to prevent slipping.

- Frequent Sanitization: High-touch surfaces, attractions, and restrooms are sanitized throughout the day.

Policies
Our facility has a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs, and jump socks are required for all participants. Waivers must be signed before participation, with a guardian’s signature required for those under 18. All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. We welcome participants of all ages to enjoy our facility.
Policy on Fighting & Rough Play:
At FunCity Trampoline & Adventure Park, the safety and enjoyment of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure a fun and secure environment for everyone, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for fighting, roughhousing, or any form of aggressive behavior.
Prohibited Behavior:
- Fighting, pushing, shoving, or any physical altercation
- Rough play, tackling, or reckless behavior on trampolines or attractions
- Verbal threats, intimidation, or aggressive conduct toward guests or staff
Consequences for Violations:
- Immediate removal from the premises without a refund
- Involvement of security and law enforcement if necessary
- Permanent ban for repeat offenders or serious incidents
We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. Guests who fail to follow these rules will be asked to leave, and law enforcement will be contacted if necessary.
